She while speaking about Maatraan said, "I have seen the films directed by K V Anand. His films will be stories based on heroism. But at the same time, there is good opportunity for the heroines to earn a good name in his films.

This is the first time I am pairing with Surya. He is a very simple person. I like him because he dedicates himself to the roles he dons."
