R B Chowdary is a popular producer who has created so many directors in the Tamil film industry. There is news that there is a difference of opinion between his son Jeeva and him. It is understood that Jeeva himself is taking care of his cinema matters.

Chowdary who wanted to cast his son Jeeva in the lead role in his film that he is producing as casted another hero. This is a Telugu film titled Raksha which has Chiranjeevi's son Ram Charan in the lead role.
This film is also being remade in Tamil with the title Ragalai. It is understood that both of them parted ways because of this film. Jeeva is communicating any problems to his father through his mother. It seems that this silent war is going on for long time. Jeeva had the habit of listening to advice of his father in any matter. Now he has completely changed. Jeeva's friends Arya and Jayam Ravi are not in favour of this. They wanted both of them to compromise.When approached Chowdary regarding this, he said, "Now I am undergoing Kerala treatment. I am staying in my office for 40 days instead of going home since office is a better place than home for these kinds of treatments. Because of this some people feel that my son and I have been separated. Has he become such a big person to fight with me? He is always scared of me. Maybe because of this fear, it might seem that there is a rift between us.
Why I have not casted Jeeva in the Telugu film is because it is a high budgeted film which is being produced at the cost of Rs 40 Crores. Ram Charan has a very good market in Telugu. Jeeva has not grown up so much in his career. I will produce a film for him when he reaches that stage."
Jeeva has not commented about this matter. This is their family matter. We can poke our nose but can we say the result.
