Siddharth's last release in Tamil was 'Kadhalil Sodhapuvadhu Yeppadi' ('KSY'). As this film became a good hit, Siddarth has become even more selective in choosing his films. He is presently involved in the Hindi remake of 'KSY'.

After hearing lots of stories, Siddarth has finally signed a new Tamil film. This yet to be titled movie is directed by Manigandan, an ex-assistant of Vetrimaaran.
It is jointly produced by Dayanidhi Azhagiri and Vetrimaaran as a joint venture between their companies Meeka Entertainment (Sister Production Company of Cloud Nine Movies) and Grass Root Film Company.Meeka Entertainment would have broader scope than Cloud Nine. Dayanidhi posted the following message in his blog that: "Very excited about this new venture of mine Meeka Entertainment. Its perspective is going to be much broader in terms of en tertainment, media and communications".
